An Example Day
The program require you to have 3 healthy meals daily, water, fruit and the supplement provided with the program. Water is COMPULSORY.
Breakfast
First thing in the morning you take your nutrition, with some water, and 70g of protein.
Tea Time
At Morning tea you have half a piece of fruit.
Lunch
At lunch time you have a few supplements, 100g of protein (chicken, fish or red meat) and ONE vegetable.
Tea Time
Another half piece of fruit for an afternoon snack.
Dinner
For dinner another 100g of protein (not red meat this time) and ONE vegetable, plus some more supplements and your water!
